Alasan saya menawarkan diri sebagai Leader Bank karena saya sudah memiliki pengalaman bekerja di salah satu shop sehingga dengan pengalaman tersebut saya dapat mengerti bagaimana bekerja di lapangan langsung dan kali ini saya ingin menambah wawasan saya dengan memimpin salah satu subshop yang ada di Vladimir Academy ini dan alasan yang terutama adalah ketertarikan saya untuk bekerja pada subshop bank.
Kemampuan yang saya miliki juga memenuhi syarat yaitu dapat menggunakan excell dan dapat cepat mempelajari hal-hal baru . Dengan mempertimbangan hal tersebut dan juga melihat bahwa saya dapat memenuhi syarat yabg tertera maka saya memutuskan untuk menawarkan diri sebagai leader bank.
Komitmen yang saya akan pegang penuh selama menjalani tugas adalah Bekerja dengan baik dan penuh tanggung jawab. Dapat mengerjakan tugas tepat waktu dan dapat bekerjasama. Juga menaati tata tertib atau peraturan yang berlaku.
