Kremasını hazırlamak için 2.5 su bardağı süt, 3 kaşık un, 5 yemek kaşığı şeker ve 1 yumurtayı ocağa koyup çırpıyoruz(pişene kadar sürekli çırpıcacak. Soğuyana kadar da ara ara çırpılacak). Biraz ılınınca labne peyniri ekleyip tekrar çırpacağız. 1 bardak suyu ısıtıyoruz. Sonra 1 yemek kaşığı kahve ekliyoruz ve her iki keke de(alt ve üst kek) sürüyoruz (1/1) Sonra muhallebin yarısını alt kekin üzerine sürüyoruz. Üst keki üzerine neskafeli suyu da alt yüzeyine sürerek keki kapıyoruz. Krema ile kekin her tarafını kaplıyoruz. En son üzerine kakao ve Türk kahvesi karışımını serpiriyoruz
Notlar: Labne 250 gram olarak alınıyor. Biz onun 200 gramını kullanacağız. O yüzden bir kısmı (50gr) kalacak.
