Иймд уг хөтөлбөрт уригдан ирэх эрдэмтэн, судлаачид болон суралцагчдаас Монгол орны усны салбарын өнөөгийн болон ирээдүйн нөхцөл байдалд хийх шаардагатай төсөл, судалгаа, зураг төсөл, арга зүй хэрхэн хийж(бичиж) гүйцэтгэх талаар мэдлэг хуримтлуулж авах, эдгээрийг практик дээр хэрхэн хэрэгжүүлэх талаар мэдэж авахыг хүсч байна.
