Click here ...I have a complete basement GYM here at my house in the Bourne area, off the Rt.28 in Pocasset having Aerobic and Anaerobic Exercise equipment. It's clean and complete. I would like to find someone that lives close by enough to do an exercise program on a 3 day weekly schedule, Monday, Wednesday and Fridays, maybe, keeping it up for just an 1 hour or so each time.
For me, I am single, retired, live here in my house alone, but also looking for a roommate. I'm 5'9", weigh 208 lbs. healthy, overweight by about 20-25 lbs.
I would like to start by November 1st and continue through the winter months. If you might be interested, what ever your goals are or reasons are for doing a weekly exercise regiment, write me here. let's meet up so you can view the place, chat and see if were a good fit for each other. Please no one that's extremely over weigh for his size. This is just to loose the few extra lbs. gained and get back in good shape once again. :)
