1 cucharada de sal
2 cucharadas de aceite
½ taza de agua
Relleno
50 gramos de espinaca cocida
100 gramos de jamón, corte grueso
100 gramos de queso provolone
Huevo batido
Salsa
½ cebolla, cortada
3 tomates
2 dientes de ajo
Sal al gusto
Pimienta al gusto
1 cucharada de azúcar
3 hojas de albahaca
½ taza de puré de tomate
PREPARACIÓN
1. Para la masa, mezcla el harina, la sal, el aceite, y la sal hasta que este suave la masa, reserva en el refrigerador.
2. Cocina las espinacas con sal y pimienta.
3. Aplana la masa y corta pequeños círculos con un molde.
4. Coloca en un círculo de masa, espinaca, jamón y queso, cubre con otro círculo
5. Presiona los bordes para unir la masa y sella con un tenedor
6. Barniza con huevo batido
7. Precalienta el horno a 250ºC.
8. Hornea por 20 minutos o hasta que estén dorados.
9. Para la salsa, cocina las cebollas, el chile, el ajo y los tomates, agrega sal y pimienta al gusto.
10. Licúa la salsa, agrega el puré de tomate y vuelve a licuar. Cocina con 3 hojas de albahaca por 5 minutos. Reserva Serve, dip the empanada in the sauce.
11. Disfruta.
