=>My official name is Ishtiaque Ahmed. Frank is my nickname; I go by Frank. I came to USA with F1 student visa(temporary 5 years visa), going to Wichita state university-bachelors in computer engineering. I'm a Junior now. I'm from Bangladesh where they kill all the atheists they can find; if someone openly an atheist they will hack them to death/punch kick them and torture them to death on street. Most Islamic people are violent against atheists and homosexuals. Atheists post in atheist blogs and facebook and that's how terrorists find them out and kill them. There has been multiple atheist killings and they're in news such as CNN BBC etc. (you can look them up). Even few weeks ago they killed 2 people at US embassy@bangladesh for being homosexuals (it's in news too).
=>I got death threats online last year and I've been trying to get help from the government anyway I can (as only government officials can give me permit to stay here legally after my visa expires soon). Tried to join the military and they ran out of international student quota in the middle of the process. So I have one option open now is to get asylum. Went to talk to the 2nd immigration lawyer about getting asylum 2 days ago. He also said my case is weak and might not be successful. Nobody takes all the Atheists being murdered in my country seriously.
I might have to kill myself soon if nothing works out. I don't want to be tortured to death. Can't live here illegally too as I don't have any relatives here. My emotional condition is getting worse everyday as nothing is working out. US immigration system is so messed up.

When does my visa expire?
my driver's license expires on 7/2017. When I will be immobile. I can't renew it unless my immigration status changes. Job/marriage/army/asylum.
Visa on 1/2018
Also marriage is not an option right now. I don't know anyone for long or relationship wise close enough to get married to them.
