"La Sardegna - prosegue Cualbu - nonostante rappresenti una goccia
nella produzione nazionale, è comunque la regione in cui la produzione
di vino, negli ultimi 5 anni, è cresciuta più di tutte le altre: più
37 per cento, rispetto a più 8 per cento a livello nazionale''.
In Sardegna la superficie vitata è di oltre 26mila ettari, con poco
meno di 39mila aziende viticole. La media delle dimensioni aziendali è
di 0,7 ettari, con il 47 per cento della superficie inferiore a 1
ettaro e il 2,1 per cento superiore ai 5 ettari.
