As an admin, I will be able to create users by entering mandatory details.
Local market CMS users will be assigned to one of the local market user group – PR team, Local PR agency, digital team.
Admin user will be assigned to WEU user group – admin group.
Admin user will email the login credentials to the created CMS user (it’s manual. Outside CMS)--- to be tested???
Permissions will be granted at the group level (not at user level)--- what about contradicting permission? what would take the precedence
