Ramuan berwarna transparan yang akan mengeluarkan cahaya apabila ditaruh di dalam wadah kaca. Digunakan untuk menerangi dalam kegelapan. Daya simpannya sangat singkat, hanya 10 hari - satu bulan. Bila disimpan bukan di botol (tempat terbuka, dsb) hanya akan bertahan 30 detik lalu cahayanya akan menghilang.
Bahan =
-Air 7fl.oz
-Garam 0.2oz
-dua sengat Billywig kering
-Esens kunang-kunang
Langkah =
1. Didihkan air dalam kuali dan masukkan garam, aduk searah jarum jam menggunakan sendok kayu sampai larut.
2. Tumbuk halus sengat Billywig, masukkan ke dalam kuali, aduk berlawanan jarum jam 12 kali. (Kalau sudah 12 kali, aduk lagi searah jarum jam 2 kali, ulangi bagian mengaduk ini sampai 6 kali.)
3. Secara perlahan tambahkan esens kunang-kunang sebanyak 3 tetes. Tiap 1 tetes ramuan diaduk 6 kali berlawanan arah jarum jam lalu 2 kali searah jarum jam. Cara mengaduk diulang tiap kali memasukkan 1 tetes esens kunang-kunang sampai tetes ketiga.
4. Kecilkan api, biarkan masak selama 20
