to get more, they need to break barrier. corporations are downsizing. so do donors. there's that barrier
the tech - we're only good as we are right now. we connect thru website and social media. we need competitive edge
competition, asking for the same money for other companies. to further their mission. we want competitive edge, you are legit helping. ROI return on investment.
last barrier: giving platform : only two ways to give, Facebook--social media--and website. they want to make it as easy as apps. it already knows your location and gives the request. it needs to be SIMPLE. SIMPLICITY IS KEY
we want technology to remove barriers -- specializes 40 years and younger. incentivise donating and volunteering. online engagement: two way conversation. we can tell our donors, but we want them to talk to us. their likes and dislikes.
connect people to passion. even w/o rewards, we want them to still work "warm fuzzy feeling." we want this app to have all that.
this is the challenge: help us make being connected the new end
we want them to interface from their phone or table. THEY NEED TO BE APART OF THE CHANGE. how do you want to be engage? how do you want to feel you've made an impact? the power of change needs to be palm of hand or their tablet.
