you may not notice at the first glance but there are 5 more listing on the same property, So you maybe sharing your bath and kitchen with 5 other rooms
If you are a super clean person this is not your place.
There were hairs on the bed from previous tenants
The kitchen and frig were super dirty hairs and dirt.The frig was disgusting but thanks god, the owner cleaned it after few days.
My room first had that most spell some basements have, so I had to run the AC for 2 days to get rid of it.
summary : overall it's a good place especially looking at its location and price tag but if being clean is your priority look for some other places.
