Är en teaterpjäs av molière, och det var hans sista pjäs,
Pjäsen handlar om hypokondrikern Argan som genom att vara sjuk får den uppmärksamhet han behöver,det dock dyrt for honom. Han kom på att dottern ska gifta sig med läkaren.
Morilère spelade själv den huvudrollen, men i den fjärde föresätillningen kollspade molière på scenen, orsaken var ett sprucket i blodkärl i halsen, så kallad blodstörtning, och han dog strax efter.
