VOVINAM.
Vovinam ini dikenalkan oleh Nguyễn Lộc. Nguyễn Lộc memperkenalkan vovinam pada tahun 1938. Nah setelah itu, vovinampun mulai tersebar dan terkenal di vietnam. Vovinam ini bisa dipraktekkan baik dengan tangan kosong atau dgn senjata. Untuk tekniknya sendiri, teknik gerakan Vovinam menggabungkan sifat keras (gerakan frontal) dan lembut.
Teknik vovinam meliputi,
-Teknik Tangan (đòn tay),
-Teknik siku(CHO),
-Teknik menendang (Đà),
-Teknik lutut (GOI)
-Teknik Serangan (Chienlược),
-Tejnik pedang (Kiem) dan
-Teknik Tombak Berkapak (Dai Dao).
Adapun teknik dasar Vovinam meliputi,
-Teknik pukulan tangan (dong tay),
-Teknik sikut (cho), dan
-Teknik tendangan (da).
Vovinam juga memiliki jurus, yaitu:
1. Chien Luoc Hai.
Chien luoc hai merupakan strategi dengan satu serangan tipuan dan ditutup dengan satu bantingan. Chien luoc hai dimulai dengan tinju lurus ke arah dada agar lawan menangkis serangan sehingga bagian kepala lawan tidak terlindungi kemudian tangan kita yg satunya bisa menyerang leher bagian kiri lawan dari depan, sementara pada saat yang sama kaki kanan kita menyerang lutut kaki kiri lawan sampai terangkat sehingga lawan kehilangan keseimbangan dan jatuh.
