To be considered for this role you will need to meet the following criteria:
• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience of providing high level of customer service to external clients
• Analytical and problem solving skills, with high attention to detail
• Experience in promoting a product or service highlighting the features and benefits
• Proactive and mature in your approach to work
• Computer literate and comfortable with a range of software
• Passionate about working in a team environment
• Self-starter and highly motivated
