Closely observing the children reaction when they solved their problems shows their developing sense of self-efficacy. As soon as the boy solved the problem, he was expressing his joy and acknowledging his ability to solve. This shows that he was able to recognize his ability. Also, the smile that is observed when he noticed his friend solved the problem also shows that he has an empathy to other people happiness. The exchange of the necklace by the other girl in the video shows that she is developing a sense of relationship. She exchanged goods and expressed herself vocally her interest for the caregiver to have the necklace. An interesting part of this exchange is even if the children didn't like the necklace for herself, she chose something that she thought the caregiver would like. It shows the recognition of other people instead of being self-focused only.

When the parent expressed their feeling, they stressed the fact that they are worried about the possibility of the children getting detailed individual care. All of the parents were relieved after they watched the video mainly because they became aware of the level of the care their children is getting. If the parent were able to honestly express their concern about the level of the care their children is getting, it will be easy to help them understand the attention we give to each child at the child care center. It will also help them to understand how we are different than child care service and how much we care about the needs and development of each child.
