My Plan:
For me I'll attract an audience of people for my funny stuff and then later reveal hideen talents so people will become invested in my life because I'm just
a genuinely interesting guy. Have a hook to start with (certain topic or center content).
Secondary plan:
"The Hobby Idea"- Pretty much for the first month I'll choose a hobby to display to the interwebs for every week and by the time my channel would be big
enough I could get the most asked to hobby going for them the next week, big hobbies would be 2-3 week ventures such as traveling and such.
Or I could get my channel big and then suggest this idea and make it a once a month thing on a secondary vlog channel of some sort.
Deadlines and starting:

-1-3.5 months (250-300 subs)
-6-8 months (500-600 subs)
-end of first year (3-6,000+ subs)
-end of second year (50,000-+ subs)
-end of third year (no idea hopefully over 200,000)
