· Chatbot System Testing & QA Analysis
**Task Objective**
· Work on performing testing of the complete chatbot system to validate chatbot functionality, response accuracy, query routing behavior, retrieval quality, and identify bugs/issues affecting expected behavior.
**Work Description**
· Worked on performing end-to-end testing of the chatbot system by validating different chatbot query scenarios, response generation behavior, and platform-related workflows.
· Conducted testing on chatbot responses for subscription-related and platform-specific queries to verify retrieval accuracy, expected context grounding, and system behavior for unavailable information.
· Identified and analyzed unexpected chatbot response behavior during QA testing, where confidential subscription-related information was being surfaced for non-documented queries, and initiated debugging to trace the source of the issue.
· Performed comparative testing between local and QA environments to validate response consistency, retrieval behavior, and identify environment-level differences affecting chatbot outputs.
· Worked on debugging retrieval flow by validating retrieved chunks, vector search behavior, and response grounding logic to investigate unexpected subscription information leakage.
