رصدت كاميرات الحراسة في الصباح الباكر من يوم الاقتحام وقوف سيارتين رباعية الدفع (ينتميان ل اثنين من برلمانيي نقابة شباط) أمام باب الإدارة العامة وانزلا كل منهما أربعة أشخاص وغادرتا المكان يعتقد أنها إشارة لاقتحام الإدارة وبعدها قام المقتحمين بالهجوم .
وبعد الاقتحام رجعت السيارتان إلى مسرح الجريمة وكأنهما يقفان لأول مرة وتظاهروا بأنهم حضروا بطلب من المقتحمين. الشيء الذي يضفي طابع الإسرار والترصد على الاقتحام. و يفند كلام البرلماني عبد السلام اللبار لبعض الحاضرين أثناء زيارته لشارع باحماد. إذ قال:" هادو غادي يخرجوا علينا وحلنا معاهم " ويقصد المتعاقدين المنضويين لنقابته
