Black Clover Season 2: Full Staff Lineup Reportedly Revealed
One of the biggest questions surrounding the return of Black Clover was who would be leading the new season. Insider sources have now reportedly answered that question: Ayataka Tanemura will serve as director for Season 2.
Why Tanemura Matters
Tanemura previously directed some of the most celebrated episodes of the original Black Clover anime — specifically episodes 153 through 170 — and went on to direct Black Clover: Sword of the Wizard King, which was widely praised by the fanbase. Black Clover Season 2 new update in a lead role for Season 2 is a major confidence boost for longtime fans who had concerns about production quality.
