महोदय,
उपरोक्त संदर्भीय विषयानुसार पिंपरी चिंचवड महानगरपालिकेच्या CRS पोर्टल मध्ये Add Old Event या Tab चा वापर करून सन २०२४,२०२५,२०२६ या कालावधीतील माहिती संदर्भीय पत्रान्वये मागविण्यात आलेली आहे. त्यानुषंगाने पिंपरी चिंचवड महानगरपालिकेच्या कार्यक्षेत्रातील १० उपनिबंधक कार्यालयामध्ये तपासणी करण्याकामी आदेश क्र. वैद्य/७/कावि/(९३)/२०२६ दिनांक ४/६/२०२६ अन्वये अधिका-यांची नेमणूक करून प्रत्यक्ष तपासणी करण्यात आलेली आहे.
पिंपरी चिंचवड महानगरपालिकेच्या १० उपनिबंधक कार्यालयातील सर्व दुरुस्ती प्रकरणे ही जन्म मृत्यु नोंदणी अधिनियम १९६९ च्या कलम १५ मध्ये तसेच महाराष्ट्र जन्म मृत्यु नोंदणी नियम २००० नियम ११ मध्ये नमूद कार्यपद्धती तरतुदीनुसार करण्यात आलेली आहेत.
तरी महानगरपालिकेच्या १० उपनिबंधक कार्यालयाच्या CRS पोर्टल मध्ये Add Old Event या Tab चा वापर करून सन २०२४, २०२५, २०२६ या कालावधीतील माहिती Excel Format मध्ये Google Drive Link मध्ये माहिती आपले माहितीकामी पाठविणेत येत आहे.
