Used to defeat opponents with your strengths, also from form III to help with the offensive style. 6. Niman, way of the Rancor. Combined form for forms 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. used for people who do not really think about what form they use. 7. Juyo, or Vapaad, way of Vornskr. Physically and emotionally, this is the hardest form to master. It channels chaotic, furios, and and unpredictable moves toward your opponent.
