... Silence... Utter silence... It had been a long time since the last contact with a human.

What he had hoped was to find either food or water in the desolate wasteland around himself, the air rank with death, and toxic gases with a mustard like smell, the atmosphere complete with a tinted green look, destroyed cities in the distance, a once tall mountain, now a simple hill, the destruction was devastating to look at, but it had a beauty to it, as Jackson thought to himself.

He stood, looking across the vast expanse of what was once a beautiful and prosperous land, standing on a large pile of rubble, a building that had been destroyed from the tremors and bombings of the final war, himself, singing to himself a song he knew from what he used to do before everything went wrong.

'I'm nuclear... I'm wild... I'm breakin' up... Inside... a heart of broken glass...' he sung to himself while he had fixed a filter to the gas mask he had at his disposal, the filters he had, had been dwindling as of late, but it didn't stop him from having fun and laughing in the face of death and destruction, and the possibility of being the only, survivor.

[Patience needed to RP with this character, the genre is that of post-apocalypse, after a nuclear and new technology war, similar to that of Apocalyptically romantic, there will be sexual references and or crude humor if guided that way, though, we would have to see.]
