This small business is located on the main road close to Kai Bae village and several resorts at the southern end of Klong Prao beach. It is in an area with various small businesses, bars and restaurants and attracts regular clients plus tourists.

There are seven workstations all of which have LCD monitors and are set up for internet usage plus one laptop . Most also have webcams and headsets for Skype or video chat. This equipment along with all other fixtures and fittings is included in the sale. Wifi is open for customers with their own laptops, tablets, smartphones. Printing and scanning services but international calls and faxing are available.

The glass fronted office is well lit with a lightbox outside. Drinks are also sold to customers.

At the rear of the office there is a bedroom with double bed and washing machine plus a bathroom with water heater and toilet and a simple kitchen with fridge and gas tank and small garden area. Total space is approx 52sqm.

This isn’t a business that will make you rich, but is an easy to run small business to keep you, or more likely a Thai partner occupied. It would be easy to expand and add a tour agency to sell tickets for trips and tours on the island as well.
