Stanley is a kind and caring middle school student who always gets picked on. One day his bully named Derrick threw his notebook in the toilet. When Stanley was walking home he found a pair of shoes and thought his father could use them. Then the police arrest Stanley for stealing shoes that belonged to a famous baseball player. As punishment, Stanley was sent to Camp Green Lake, a camp for kids who committed crimes. While at the camp, Stanley was given the same assignment everyday. Stanley was to dig a hole five feet deep and five feet wide, and if he found anything he had to give it to the Warden. One day Stanley found a gold tube which belonged to a criminal from the Wild West. On the same day at night, Stanley went to his hole, but the Warden told him that his lawyer was here. Stanley was removed from the camp because Derrick said he was bullying him at the time the shoes went missing, so Stanley could not have stolen the shoes. Because of this, Stanley was proven innocent and he left the camp.
