my name is kaileigh mcmullen and i am currently studying GCSE Health and Social , at Willows High School. this year i have to complete a controlled assessment where i research the care needs and service used by a client of my choosing . Due to your illness/condition/depression i have decided to base my investigation upon you . I would need to ask you some personal questions about your wellbeing, the services you use and your opinions. I will evaluate my research and report any useful information back to you . I would like this project to be a two-way process which will help me achieve my grade and be of some benefit to you.
