Topics, Staff meeting tomorrow.

PREFACE:
Player is #1

PLAYTIME REQUIREMENTS:
Real life always comes first. Real life, work, homework, family or any other obligations always come first, that goes without saying although some positions require you to be online for a few hours a day. This has been made clear to you in the applications and you were well aware of this when you applied for these positions. If you cannot meet the agreed amounts of time you need to be inputting into this project, then you need to speak to the head of division and a decision will be made.
A. Absences
If you are going away for a few days, weeks or simply missing out on a meeting, we don’t need to know any details. We only ask you to inform your relevant staff manager ahead of time and inform them of how long you think you’ll be gone. This is to give us enough time to look for a temporary replacement depending on the situation.

COMMUNICATION:
You must have a working discord and working skype. You must connect to discord every day when you connect to the server. Every staff meeting (EVERY TUESDAYS) you MUST be in the staff voice channel. Remember, if you want to communicate, you dont have to use voice channel everyday (ONLY MANDATORY IN MEETINGS), but what could take 15 minutes in chat could take 5 minutes in Voice Chat. God gave us a beautiful voice. Let's use it.
We should also MOSTLY use voice chat, since it makes us work easier and lets us communicate and operate easier.

CONDUCT IN CHAT:
You will ALWAYS be nice to the player, and under any circumstanced, you shouldn't cuss in the server AT ALL. NEVER put players down. NEVER You shouldn't have to do that, even if they don't understand, if the player needs help, give them help.

STAFF DUTY AND PROTOCOLS:
NO BANS, Only temp bans

Use 1 verbal warning for everything
Mute player braking chat rules/ no warning on chat, mute
Warn discord users on foul language once, then if repeated, ban
Jail people if you THINK they griefed or hacked, or broken any major rule, question them. Punish them depending on their attitude. IF they log out of jail, double their punishment. If you need much more info, I'll talk to them on discord.

If you SAW the player grief or hack, you may temp-ban them on the spot, but if you want more answers, you can jail them.

When you temp-ban people you MUST include the # of the rule they broke (from 1-4) in the reason and whether the ban was doubled or not. If you do not include these things, the temp banned player may appeal and be free.

PUNISHMENTS:

NO WARNING Mute - 5 min, Mute - 20 min, Temp Ban 1 h
TP KILLING - GOOd ATTITUDE:
no warning, 3 hour temp bad
TP KILLING - MEDIUM/NEUTRAL ATTITUDE:
no warning, 24 hour temp ban
TP KILLING - VERY BAD/DENYING ATTITUDE:
no warning , week temp ban
HACKING - GOOD ATTITUDE/ ACCEPTING THAT THEY DID IT
warning (unless damage done), week temp ban
HACKING - MED ATTITUDE/ BEING MEH ABOUT IT
warning (unless damage done), 3 weeks.
HACKING - BAD ATTITUDE/ NEGATIVE/ DENIAL
warning (unless damage done), 3 months

YOU, AS A STAFF MEMBER, CAN USE YOUR BEST JUDGMENT TO CHANGE THESE PUNISHMENTS AROUND, YOU DONT HAVE TO DIRECTLY FOLLOW THIS GUIDE.

ALSO, IF YOU THINK THE PLAYER IS DOING SOMETHING WRONG, AND IT'S NOT NECESSARILY IN THE RULES, YOU MAY PUNISH THEM (rule #4)
