-Önemli bir toplantı olduğunda önceden haber verilir ve sizi çağırırız. Yetkileri olan kişilerin gelmesi zorunludur. Diğer üyelerin gelmesi zorunlu değildir.
Yetkili toplantıya gelmezse Yetkisi alınır. Önemli bir işi varsa bize haber veriniz. İzinli olan kişilern yetkileri alınamaz.
