Some additional changes the client requested:

50% = 1) On all challenges page the client want to remove the search and filter option http://prntscr.com/fleywf and make it like this http://prntscr.com/flez7v
Except "Recent challanges" should say "All challenges".
Done = 2) When not logged in the Signup and login menu items on the header should not appear but instead in the footer a new menu item "Admin login" should appear after "terms of use" link.
50% = 3) When logged in under admin dropdown there 3 menu items other than logout. remove those 3 and add "New challange" which link to create new challange in the backend. http://prntscr.com/flf0ha
Done = 4) In the form 1st name and url field should be removed but keep the +add url option for the user to add up to 3 name and urls http://prntscr.com/flf188
5) The from need another required check box for Privacy policy.
6) The form need another optional checkbox which says "The supportive material is provided as NDA" and place it after the file upload field.
