Personal: If the courier wants to change their avail. weekly, work different hours on different days week to week they use this
Remind them they need to have BOTH set every week by midnight on Wednesday to ensure they will be on the schedule the following mon-sun
Checked in: couriers need to be checked in for every shift. Its a big red button on the app that will be visible once they are an activated courier.If they have a shift they have to check into the shift. If they dont, and they are just checked in randomly, there is no guarantee they will receive orders
Regular shifts: start in their vehicle near areas full of restaurants to ensure they get jobs right away
On-call: checked in to shift on app but could be hanging out at home, not in their car (to make sure they aren't unnecessarily burning gas) because they may not get an order right away at the start of their shift. to describe on -call, use the words 'laid back, relaxed, chill'
could be watching netflix, reading a book while waiting for an order
when they receive and order when we start getting busy, or if their are weather or traffic issues, then they would go out and complete it
