Non of you (my followers) know who I really
am I don’t like talking about personal things,
most of you wont be bothered by what I have
to say but I needed to say this for my own sake,
tonight I self harmed and not for the first time
which made me want to write this.Basically I
have been depressed for the last few months
and I have started self haming and my life is a
mess at the moment My family is constantly
shouting at me and I don’t get on with any of
my family anymore and I cant talk to anyone in
my family about this.My friend has helped me
loads during the last few months.She’s cheered
me up a lot and has stopped me from cutting a few times.
I’m scared to talk to anyone about it too much
because I feel like I’m annoying them so everything
just builds up inside me and I over think
everything and turn everything into something
bad. It’s hard to get through a single day now
without being depressed/sad at any time. I cry all
the time now and self harm every few days and I
can’t stop. I’m probably being paranoid and over
thinking this but lately especially today I have felt
like my friends don’t want to be around me anymore
and that there sick off me but wont tell me to leave
them alone.To be honest a lot of people hate me
and I’m unsure of who my friends are anymore.
Everything in my life seems to be going wrong and
nothing seems to be good anymore I honestly have
no clue what to do with myself anymore, I feel so
alone but wont ask people what they really think
about me or if they’ll help me.I know a few of my
friends are true friends and I want to thank them
for always being there for me, they’ve helped me
and don’t even know it. I know everyone says this
but the janoskians have also helped me and cheered
me up so much. You don’t know and the janoskians
don’t know how much they mean to me and how
much they have helped me stay as positive as I can
for the last few months.I’m not writing this for attention,
I am writing it because I’m sick of hiding who I really
am and I felt like I needed to say this.
