[C]After almost fifteen years of a steady, balanced Ilvermorny, the news of headmaster Smitten being involved in a massive plot against the children he swore to guide and protect sliced the wizarding community in half, forcing people to take sides.

[C]But the truth is, there is always much more than meets the eye. After the scandal of Olympia Island, which put the lives of many students at risk, a series of physical evidence was collected by MACUSA.

[C]Further investigations were conducted, leading to a familiar name: the one of Felix Smitten, headmaster at the time. He was believed to work with two younger men, who were expected to take the children of important and rich families to a still unknown place, while murdering all others.

[C]The barbarity of the whole situation shocked America, but not as much as hearing their respected headmaster was the subject of further investigations.

[C]And apparently, this investigation has come to an end. Although without a proper statement from MACUSA at the time, two of their agents were reportedly seen taking Smitten this last Friday, the 23rd.

[C]After what seemed to be a fuss inside his office, Smitten was taken handcuffed, provoking a commotion in the castle's hallways - where students were seen shouting at him, demanding justice for what happened.

[C]This very morning, MACUSA finally released an statement about what happened, as follows:

[IC]This is an official statement from the Magical Congress of the United States of America concerning the nature of recent investigations surrounding the Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. The investigation regarding the former headmaster has come to a close. With his removal from the premises, he will be seen in court for further judgement on his actions on Sunday, July 30th.

[IC]Due to the hazardous situation the school currently stands in, a group of trusted congress agents will be sent to the school to assume a position of power. This is to ensure the safety of the pupils, as the school no longer meets the Congress's standards, following this investigation. These agents will be responsible for the students' safety and will bring the school back to its former glory.
