Pull out pan and turn oven down to 350ºF. Now fill the pan with yummy breakfast fixins. Bacon, ham, chopped green peppers and onions, mushrooms etc. Get creative! You cannot screw up a quiche. DON'T FORGET THE CHEESE! Fill the pan good, but not overflowing.
Mix a 1/2 cup of milk and 3 large eggs together and pour over your fixins. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Add dabs of hot sauce or salsa for a yummy twist and throw that greasy pig in the oven for 30-35 min. Remove, cool, cut and place in the fridge. In the am microwave a slice or two on a paper towel for about a minute and snack away on the work commute.
