- Born to common villagers.
- Messenger of Torm requests the parents hand the child over to Ser Andrew.
- Andrew brings him to Neverwinter, where he raises him in a chapel devoted to Torm. Teaches him to be a Paladin here.
- Murdered an innocent woman at around 16, as she was stealing from the chapel's strongbox. After killing her, he discovered she was a single mother trying to feed a starving child. Ser Andrew took in the child, and Ser Aroh had a ring made with the woman's name, Saria, engraved on it, as a reminder of his duty to protect innocents.
- Joined the Order of The Silvered Fist after leaving Andrew's care at the age of 19.
Ser Andrew
- Raised Ser Aroh from a very young age
- Was about 60 when he first took Aroh in, is around 80 now. Retired Paladin of Torm.
- Looks after a chapel devoted to Torm in Neverwinter, raised Aroh here, and still takes in abandoned children.
- Named Ser Aroh (Originally named Tallifer by his parents) after the Paladin that vanquished the foul Necromancer/Lich, Caegrim the Eternal.
Caegrim the Eternal
- An ancient and powerful Necromancer/Lich, active about 800 years ago, that sought to become a god and wreaked havoc until he was put to rest by the original Ser Aroh.
- Left 5 relics behind, which are each guarded by an order.
Order of The Silvered Fist
- One of a few orders formed to protect the relics of The Eternal. Only the most trusted and proven members of each order know of their true purpose. Most simply know of them as guilds for the followers of various gods to worship and help protect the nearby lands.
- Ser Aroh met a Paladin of Bahamut, Alistair, and a Cleric of Pelor, Faethana, here.
Relics of The Eternal
-Relics used by Caegrim, each infused with a portion of his unholy power. If destroyed, these relics simply reappear elsewhere in the world, and therefore are kept safe in secret vaults beneath the halls of each order.
- The relics consist of an onyx-set ring, a single black steel gauntlet, a cloak black as night, a crystalline chalice filled with dark red blood, and a gnarled wooden staff. Each order holds one relic.
Odeivras the FleshSculptor
- A worshipper of Caegrim the Eternal. He seeks to gather all the relics of The Eternal and restore him to power. He hopes, in return for this loyalty, he will be rewarded with incredible power.
- Leads a cult who also worship the Eternal.
- Slew Faethana
- Creates grotesque creatures consisting of the often still-living bodies of his victims knitted together.
