Leads Profiles: 57 (only count Developer) - Leads CPA: 5.1 USD

Basically, the common CPA is still high. 2.1. Total candidates profile is not reaching out the target which is 170.
But the conversion rates of a lead profile is quite good: 43%

For other numbers like Marketplace Income or Headhunt Booking is still not increasing. A lot of candidate profile is pending.
Just wanna you to know that there are 2 members of TC team just left, we have 1 new intern and 1 new full-time guys but they just start so that the reason
we don't send many profiles to our headhunting clients (just sent 4 profile) and the TC team only send it on Friday.

I did replace all database of Vietnam on Facebook Ads Manager and create new Look Alike Target Groups. It's a new update, and hope it helps to decrease the CPA and we won't spend money for nothing.

I don't focus on this much, I tried to finish in the weekend when I read and go around other developer's fan-page or talk to people.
- 20% is about Job Opportunities
- 80% is other Contents relevant with Developer, Tech People.
And the number is quite good.
