Air Canada Trip/Service
We had many inconveniences with Air Canada on our departure from Toronto,Ontario to Regina,Saskatchewan. We got to the airport at about 2:45pm and our flight was at 4pm, so we had to hurry a bit. When we got in, luckily we had a nice lady who was able to help us a bit, but it us a while to find the booking references because some of the tickets were purchased at different times. The lady who was helping us had to go to some other people who needed her help because their were many people who needed help. So the the lady who was helping us, unfortunately sent us to a rude and unmannered premier agent, Malisa, Malisa told us that we only had 10 seconds to help us even though we should be able to have limitless time for the assistance we needed. Malisa was also saying "Jesus Christ","Hurry Up",didn't look us into the eye whatsoever, and she also told us that we had missed our flight to board 2 minutes before when our flight was at 4pm. Maybe if Malisa had the time to be patient with us, therefore we would have made our flight, but she thought we were on the 3:15pm flight when we were on the 4pm flight. She told us to go on to the side and wait for the manager. It took well over 30 minutes for us to be talked to again. the manager never came to us, and we had to be talked to by another agent for us to explain the story. The lady told us she would try and get us another plane to go on
