Jeremiah the little brother, drowns in the middle of the ocean caused by a whirlpool. As Anahita dives into the whirlpool to save her brother she dives into a time bundle where she is taken to the Achaemenid Empire ruled by Cyrus The Great.
Lost and scared in the middle of the Dasht-e Kavir, seventeen-year-old Anahita notices that she has been separated from her brother. Determined, she goes on a journey to find her brother and plans on returning back home.
On this journey, she will meet many people who respect her beliefs and she will make many enemies who wish to pulverize her. Only she can choose whether she wants to go home once the divinity waters rise or stay in Persia where she stays with her new friends and her beloved.
Anahita will change, save, and lose many lives in the process. Like Hadad once said, "For our people, older men declare war, but it is youth that must fight and die. May our Sheaths Collide."
