7)İnsanları; Zulum, hıyanet, kibir, cimrilik, gıybet ve her türlü haramdan men ederek; sevgi, şefkat, tevazu ve adalet gibi ahlaki değerlerden bahseder.
8)Suçluları nasıl cezalandıracağından da bahseder.
