Wettelijke verplichting
Als zakelijke verkoper ben je wettelijk verplicht (NL / BE) om een btw-factuur te verstrekken aan zakelijke kopers. Bij een verkoop via bol.com ben jij, als aanbieder van het artikel, de zakelijke verkoper. Bol.com faciliteert alleen de betaling (en bij Lvb ook de levering) van het betreffende artikel. Als verkoper verkoop jij dus een artikel aan een zakelijke koper.

Let wel extra op de volgende punten:
•Op een btw-factuur dient vermeld te staan welk bedrag jij de klant in rekening brengt, met vermelding van het btw-tarief en het bijbehorende btw-bedrag. De factuur die je voor de klant maakt, is dus gebaseerd op de prijs die de klant heeft betaald voor jouw artikel.
•Op de factuur vermeld je jouw rekeningnummer, maar het is de bedoeling dat de klant het bedrag aan bol.com betaalt en niet aan jou. Vermeld daarom duidelijk op de factuur dat de klant het aankoopbedrag niet overmaakt naar jouw rekeningnummer.
