Jail Break modu counter takımının gardiyan terorist takımınında mahkum olup hapishanede verdikleri hayatta kalma mücadelesidir. Teroristlerin iki seçeneği vardır ya counterların emirlerine uyup, türlü yarışmalarda, oyunlarda hayatta kalmayaı başarıp en sona kalıp bütün ctleri öldürme hakkına sahip olur. Ya da emirlerin hiç birine uymayıp hapishanede isyan çıkartmak için uğraşırlar. Herşey counter takımın lehine olsada mahkumlarında işine yarıyacak şeyler vardır. Oyun o akdar heyecanlıdır ki, örneğin hücrenizdeki duvarı yıkıp gizli geçitlerden silah dolu bir odaya girip silahlanıp bütün gardiyanları öldürebilirsiniz. Tabiki bunun için ct takımı atlatmanız gerekir.
Emirleri yerine getirip o şekilde sona kalmak istiyorsanız ise her el sesli iletişimle size emir veren komutçunun emirlerine harfiyen uymanız gerekmektedir.
