2) Took a shower.
3) Brushed my teeth without toothpaste (I haven’t used toothpaste in a while and haven’t done research to find out if toothpaste helps prevent cavities).
4) Had some eggs, potatoes, and orange juice for breakfast.
5) Web coding for 3-4 hours.
6) Played Aardwolf for 15 minutes (my computer game).
7) Got distracted with Facebook.
8) Went for a nice walk.
9) Did the dishes.
10) Did some cleaning in my room.
11) Doing more web coding.
12) Watched TV for about an hour
---Thoughts---
I didn’t go into as much detail with my activity log, but today was a good day. My body and mind didn’t feel as good as yesterday, and found myself being mildly grumpy about random little stuff, but I haven’t smoked or drank since last night, and am going to shoot for making it at least 3 months at this point. I didn’t meditate very much today. Are there any types of meditation you can recommend for me?
