Ich habe zwei Dinge zu sagen -
erstens – Es ist mehr als 4 Jahren habe ich Deutschland verlassen. So bin ich nicht so fließend im detutsch sprechen. Bitte ignorieren Sie meine grammatischen Fehler.

zweitens - Die etwas schwierig für mich zu technischen Details in Deutsch zu erklären, so würde ich es vorziehen, Englisch zu sprechen.

Ich werde meine Motivation in zwei Teile aufteilen - Von berufliche Perspektive und persönliche Perspektive

Motivation ------- So.. berufliche Perspektive (professional )-------------

- Ich verließ Deutschland, weil ich die Arbeit der Kultur in Japan, Korea und China Region lernen wollte und Jetzt Es is ueber viereinhalb Jahren habe ich in Asien arbeiten. So, jetzt habe ich gute Erfahrung mit der Arbeit in Asien. Ich wollte lernen, wie man mit Kunden in Asien (Korea, China, Japan, Indien etc.) zu interagieren(intra-gearin, interact), würde Ich mag, um diese Erfahrung zurück nach Deutschland zu holen.

- Bosch-SI ist das IT-Service-arm von Bosch-Gruppe, ist es eine große Organisation. Und ich denke, für eine solche Organisation meiner Erfahrung in verschiedenen Kulturen arbeiten und IT-Industrie ist sehr wertvoll. Und jetzt arbeite ich für Samsung SDS das ist IT-Dienstleister der Samsung Group. SK C & C ist auch das gleiche. Und ich würde gerne für eine gleiche(similar) Unternemehn in IT Services arbeiten
Hab ich auch gearbeitet fuer großen Organisationen wie Siemens, Samsung, SolarWorld usw. Also für mich zu einer Organisation wie BOSCH-SI anpassen ist ganz einfach..

- Ich hab in Deutschland studiert und gearbeitet, damit ich weiß, die deutsche Arbeitskultur, das Geschäft mit Euopisch Gesellschaft(company) Detusche Unternemhen. Ich fühle mich sehr wohl Absetzen zurück in die deutsche Arbeitswelt.( I feel very comfortable settling back in German work environment). Ich kann auch die Deutsch sprechen (nicht so gut aber es gehts… ) und dann es ist sehr einfach fuer mich wenn ich kommt zueruck nach detuschland.

- Ich habe meine beste Freunde und Familie wohnen in Deutschland und Österreich .. Deutschland ist wie eine zweite Heimat (HighMat) für mich
------- Experience Erfahrung ----------
- Ich habe über 10 Jahre und 7 monate Berufserfahrung mit den meisten von 80% der Erfahrung in der manufacturing Industrie und der industriellen Automation. In verschiedenen Bereichen wie Solar mit Solarworld AG, Automotive, Elektronik, Öl und Energie. vor allem in der diskreten Fertigung. Die Mehrheit meiner Erfahrung in MES (Manufacturing Execution System), sondern auch in Ausstattung Integration und Business-Schicht Integration. Auch die Integration von MES mit SCADA-Systemen.

- Zurzeit (currently) arbeite ich als Product Manager und Projektleiter MES mit Samsung ... Ich bin team leiter und hab ich 15 Personen in meine team(die eine Gruppe von Menschen, multikulturellen, in verschiedenen geografische Standorte verteilt ..). Ich bin zur Zeit verantwortlich(responsible) fuer 4 Produkt kategorien

- Also ich beraten (consult) die Management bei CXO level und VP. Ich bin verantwortlich zu definieren IT-Strategien und Produkt-Roadmap, insbesondere die IT-Roadmap für die nächste 5-7 Jahre. Welcher Mehrwert sowohl für die Unternehmen und Kunden. (Which adds value for company and customers)
So enthält diese Präsentation Business-Vorschläge, Konzepte. Wenn man bedenkt, IT-Landschaft unserer Kunden und Geschäftspartnern. (So this includes presenting business proposals, concepts. Keeping in mind IT landscape of our customers and business partners.).

- Ich handle als Schnittstelle oder SPOC zwischen Projekt stakeholders, Partner und Projekt-Teams. Sobald das Projekt billegen (Approved), ich bin verantwortlich für die End-to-End-Lebenszyklus fuer gesamt project. Von der Konzeption bis zur requirement elicitation phase. Dann Entwerfen(design) Sie das Produkt (then designing the product). Und dann testen und QA. Erstellen (creating) Produkt Licensing Strategien; Finally staging die produkt und rollout and deploying dieses product im verschiedene production sites weltweit. (zum biespiel Sued Amerika, Europa und Sued Asien)

-Eine meine wichtige Aufgaben ist es, Bringen Sie neue Initiativen und Konzepte entwickeln, mit neuen Technologien für die Manufacturing Geschäft (zB: Cloud-basierte MES, Smart-Fertigung, Virtualisierung, Thin Clients, Big Data, Echtzeit-Analysen, CEP, BRM, In Speicherdaten rüsten, Business Process, ESB, etc. ..)

- zweite sehr wichtige Aufgaben ist es, zu verbessern und entwickeln bestehende (existing)Produkte. (One of my most important tasks is to improve and evolve existing products ). und die Migration der Altsysteme auf neues System (and migrating the legacy system to new system)

- Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachexperten(SME’s) aus verschiedenen Abteilungen wie "Produkt Engineering", "Vertrieb", ( auf English - in how the product can enter the market, how it competes with different products in the market,) mit "Infrastruktur-Teams", die Aushandlung (negotiating)SLA, das Finden der richtigen Hardware-Ressourcen fuer datacenter . Aufbau der Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Teams, überwachen (monitoring) die change request und Projektpläne.
- verantwortlich(responsible) für die Produkt-und Produkt-Planung, Projektsteuerung (project control) und Abwicklung (execution). Die Überwachung(monitoring) der verschiedenen Phasen des Produktlebenszyklus - Wo das Projekt erreicht hat und Projekt-Reporting und Projectk Scoping.

- Vertikale Integration von MES mit ERP, SCM, CRM und PLM mit Business Layer. Following Best Practices und offene Standards wie zB: B2MML mit XML usw.

- Hab ich 80% meiner Erfahrung ist in der Herstellung, Produktion und Industrieautomation. Jetzt habe ich mehr als 10 Jahre Erfahrung,besonders in MES in verschiedenen Bereichen wie Solar-, Automotive-, Consumer-Elektronik, Öl und Energie.
- Ich habe ein Zertifikat von MESA in MES und MOM und ich helfe verschiedenen - Kunden bei der Implementierung MES Best Practices in ihrem Geschäft.
- Samsung hat 28 Fabriken außerhalb Koreas und 5 fabrik im Sued Korea . Ich bin ein SPOC fuer 5 fabriken ausehalb korea. SPOC bedeutet Single point of contact .... Außerdem bin ich die Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, partner, stakeholders und Entwicklungsteam

- I have over 10.5 years of work experience with almost 80% of experience in the
Manufacturing Industry and Industrial automation. In different sectors like Solar with Solarworld AG, Automotive , Electronics, Oil and Energy. But mainly in discrete manufacturing . Majority of my experience in MES (Manufacturing Execution System) but also in Equipment integration and business layer integration. Also integration of MES with SCADA systems.

- Currently I work as Product Manager and MES project manager with Samsung... I handle a team of 15 people ( its a group of multicultural people , distributed in diff geographic locations..). I handle 4 product category of their manufacturing plants. So this includes presenting business proposals, presenting the concepts and converting those concepts to projects.

- Consult the higher management and at CTO level in defining the IT strategies and product roadmap , particular divisions IT roadmap for next 5-7 years. which adds value to both the company and customers.

- I act as the interface or SPOC between project stakeholders, partners and Project engineering teams. Once the project has been signed off, I am responsible to for end-to-end lifecycle of the project. (eg: Server Issues, Database issues , network issues, Firewall issues , etc.. ) , most of my experience has been on Linux and Windows Servers and dealing with different databases like oracle, ms sql, mysql, postgresql etc..
