i'm wondering why//
i see a picture of myself near an urn everyone wearing black rubbing tears from their eyes//
the priest saying he was a caring and a loving guy//
i walk around saying don't cry but i don't get any replies//
i'm looking all around me surprised//
not realizing how much time has passed by//
"we honor a life and give him over to god and jesus christ"//
i'm watching everyone reminiscing all the spent times//
i'm baffled cause i can see their memories reflect from their minds//
i'm trying to tell them i'm fine//
but they walk through me and that is when i realize///
that i died but i haven't went to the other side//
don't even remember how it happened still a bit mesmerized//
i look around me then notice my body is no longer here cause it has been fried//
"i never got to say goodbye"//
it is starting to become darker i feel like i'm becoming blind//
i thought they said there was supposed to be a light that is bright//
i guess it was a lie i'm fading in the dark eventually out of sight//
but then i wake up seeing the sun shine//
it was only dream of about me without any signs of life
