As far as the mobile version, I know the job is just for the PSD but many of the designers here have included 3 versions of their designs: Desktop, tablet, and phone. This helps the coder to know how to break things down with the code. If it helps I know he will be using Bootstrap 4 to create the framework and so will be basing everything on a 12 column setup with the normal breakpoints.
