Kebohongan adalah perkataan yang tidak sesuai dengan fakta. Kebohongan dapat terjadi dimana saja. Mulai anak kecil hingga orang dewasa. Orang berpendidikan maupun tidak.
Dalam suatu hubungan, tidak jarang terjadi kebohongan. Bahkan didasari kebohongan.
Kebanyakan motivasi seseorang melakukan kebohongan karena terdesak sesuatu atau ia berbohong demi mendapatkan keuntungan bagi dirinya sendiri.
