Pengalaman pertama saya melihat masa depan dengan bola kristal bisa dibilang pengalaman yang sangat bodoh. Ya, saya dulu sangat terbelakang dibanding teman-teman saya di Ravenclaw. Namun, saya tetap melakukannya dan hasilnya cukup unik. Saya melihat satu hal yang membuat saya bergidik semalaman. Saya melihat kapak di dalam bola kristal tersebut. Kata orang-orang—sudah saya bilang kan saya tidak mengerti—itu artinya salah seorang dari sanak keluarga saya akan dibunuh. Tadinya, saya mengira itu karena perasaan saya yang gugup saat melihat bola kristal tersebut. Namun, ternyata: paman saya dibunuh oleh seseorang malam itu—paman saya adalah seorang penyihir. Entah karena apa, tapi yang jelas ia meninggal dengan pernyataan ‘dibunuh’ dan pelakunya tidak diketahui sampai sekarang. Saya jelas gugup karena itu dan takut. Sepertinya, setelah itu saya trauma dengan bola kristal.
