This is the combat system for phase 4

The basics:
The bonus rolls for guns are...

Chest shot (+20)
Limb shot (No roll bonus)
Head shot (-20, this is in place because if we didn't do this, you could do a John Wick (you still can) and head shot 24/7, makes it harder and adds rp)
Also...melee in the head are a -20

The effectivity roll:
This is a roll after a suceeded roll to tell how good you did something
(We still take the power of said item into consideration)

Example: Someone hits you in the head with an axe, they win the roll but only roll a 40, you're dead because it is strong enough, if they rolled a two perhaps you would only get a heavy gash in the cheek, if they rolled twenty you'd be dead.

This is something we let the players decide on. Please don't say because someone rolled something like a four with an axe or a slash of a knife it like...did a scratch.

You can also say the effectivity of perhaps recovery.

You MUST take armor into consideration

This section is about to end, but this needs to be adressed. IF you perhaps want to roll against someone's effectivity, you can't.
