Body Image is something spammy people struggle with. I myself have and am continuously struggling to love my body. But something I use to help myself to live be my imperfections is remembering that everyone is unique everyone has something about them they don't like. But it's when it get out of hand and you start hating everything about yourself. When you no longer can tell people what you like about yourself. That's when you have to think what am I doing to myself? Why do I put myself through the hate? You are perfect the way you are. God made you the way you are because he thinks your beautiful. So why doubt that, why pull yourself apart? Learn to love yourself and your imperfections is the first step to being truly happy. I struggled with not loving myself. I thought I was fat and ugly and I hated the acne on my face. I was insecure about my fat thighs, the way I talked everything. I stopped eating, I started to pull myself away from people, I even forced myself to throw up. But that was all part of my journey. I still struggle with the way I look occasionally but most of the time I tell myself if I wasn't the way I am I wouldn't be Jaelyse. I would not be unique. If everyone was skinny, has no acne, was the same body shape, we wouldn't have the same diversity we have now. No one would be as unique. My past is simply something to learn from and I will continue to learn from it everyday. You now have to learn to love yourself they way you are because that is not going to change. You are perfect the way you are and nothing can change that. I want everyone reading this to repeat after me. " I am beautiful, I am special , I am unique.
