The Advance single tickets are ideally non-refundable. However, the refund can be processed if you apply a change of journey. Advance Single tickets are valid only for the date, time and trains specified. If you are looking to change the ticket to a different date, time or class for the same stations, you need to purchase a new ticket for the same journey and then the old tickets are refunded less £10.00 cancellation charge per person per ticket. Whenever, you apply a change of journey procedure the system will offer you fares which are equal to or higher then your previous fares. These changes can only be made before the departure time mentioned on the ticket.

Anytime Return ticket is a flexible ticket. This ticket is valid with no time restrictions on when you can travel. The outward portions of Anytime Return is valid for five days including the date on the ticket. You must return within one calendar month of the outward travel date specified. Your ticket is valid to travel via any permitted route. I would like to inform you that this ticket can be cancelled subject to £10 cancellation charge. The refund can be claimed within 28 days from the expiry of the ticket.

The Off-Peak Return ticket is a flexible ticket valid at the specific off peak times of the day. Your outward journey must be on off-peak trains on the date specified. You must return within one calendar month of the outward travel date specified on off-peak trains valid to travel via any permitted route. The Off-Peak Day Single ticket is a flexible ticket. This ticket is valid at the specific off peak times of the day. Your journey must be made on off-peak trains on the date specified. The Super Off-Peak Return ticket is a flexible ticket. This ticket is valid at the specific super off peak times of the day. Your outward journey must be on super off-peak trains on the date specified, and you must return on super off-peak trains within one calendar month. Travel is allowed via any permitted route.
