1. Make sure that the hours you plotted in LP does not exceed the hours you've stayed in the office which is your TI/TO hours.
_-Note: You cannot view your TI/TO hours since you are not allowed, but moving forward I will be reviewing your OT a day before the deadline (See OT-Cutoff schedule here: https://indinero.slack.com/files/U11NM7XUM/F8UR0KDCJ/image.png), so I can give you the total hours of your TI/TO for reference, in case that you need to adjust the time plotted in LP._
2. Your OT should always equivalent to the difference between the plotted LP hours and Normal Working Hours (8H)
3. Let's conclude that it is your discretion if you want to charge your OT for that day or not, since you know better your productivity for that day.
4. Please update the OT File real time. You have Pre-approved 8 Hours weekly. No Need for a request. No need for approval from me. Use it for your benefit.
5. To avoid missing the cut off next time. Always make a reference on the schedule provided. Pin it somewhere easily visible. Jot it down if you must. Make a reminder in slack if necessary. I will try to remind you moving forward if that would help.
