55. Share a relationship story. Okay so, I didn't know how Valentine's worked as of last year. So I asked this girl I liked (friend at the time) to be my Valentine. I thought it was a one-day thing so I was pretty excited that she said yes. Yay me! I got a valentine. Well, let's say a couple of days later we were hanging out together and all of a sudden she tells people that she's my girlfriend and what not and I was confused as to if signed up for this being that I asked her to be my Valentine. I mean, I liked her a lot but I didn't know if I was ready for a relationship. Being somewhat naive, I went along with it and thought to myself, hey what could go wrong. Just telling you now. Saying "What could go wrong" is jinxing it. It was okay for the first few months. I'd blush and smile all the time around her. She enjoyed all of the goofy stories I'd tell her because they make up who I am today. I'm really not a serious person and judging from that. She saw me as this humorous and sweet person. If you're looking for humorous/funny & cute experiences, feel free to ask me and i'll tell you. I enjoyed her company and she enjoyed mine. I fell in love with her background, and her badass nature. She's a boxer, singer, & breakdancer and she loves to cook. She had a tough upbringing, unfortunately she was raped, family torn apart, relatives that she was forced to live with hated her and told her to die basically and my heart was shattered because I realized she was going through all of this. I loved comforting her because I could tell she appreciated it. On several occasions, she referred to me as her princess charming. I expressed my love her through words quite often and I loved bringing tears of joy to her face because she truly deserved it. We wore matching outfits often. We were lovey dovey and we weren't afraid to show it. I bought her gifts often, she was really spoiled by me. She'd get "mad" at me and be like "Why did you do that? Nooooooo" and I'd be like "Because I love you" I know love isn't measured through items & what you can/can't buy. I just wanted to spoil her. Aside from that, I took my time and effort to give gifts that couldn't be bought over the counter. She kept all of those gifts, she still probably has them now. A lot of people centered themselves around us and liked us as a couple. We were both corny people so like.. it was great. It would make me so happy to see her happy. No one should ever and I mean EVER go through the things that she went through and when she was in pain, I was in pain. From an emotional standpoint, I was pretty F'd up. A lot of tears ran down my cheeks. I recall this one time. She confronted me and told me that no one has ever taken her in the way I did. She was always rejected and felt unloved and to this day, I think to myself, why? She had a lot of imperfections, but I looked past this and I told her time and again, "Darlin, your imperfections make you perfect." they truly did aannnnnd that leads to other things. We were so attached to each other that it became dangerous. Don't get me wrong, relationships don't always turn out to be all honey and roses. She often got jealous easily, I know she cared but sometimes it went out of hand. I had friends that she hated, these friends were really fond of me and when I'd talk to them she'd get extremely angry at me and I can't remember but i'd feel so bad because I didn't know what to do. She would get mad and my friends would get mad at some of my decisions. I'm not one to fight over things like that. My friends are my friends, my gf isn't supposed to dictate who i'm friends with and who I hang with. But often that was the case because she'd always want to be around me and I understood that. I loved her company, I really did, but I need some space too you know? She was often very hypocritical about things. She didn't treat people the way I wanted her to treat people. You're not supposed to look down on anyone just because of your background. It isn't an excuse. Several accounts, people came up to me and complained about my gf and I had to explain to them, be patient with her and apologize for certain acts because they were truly wrong. When they weren't patient, I was. I put myself in everyone's shoes when they do certain things. With me, she learned to calm down a bit. She referred to me as her chill pill. I taught her not to explode so easily and her temper went down tremendously and I was so so proud of her. But she still had a long ways to go. Trying to help her cope with certain things, I was hurt a substantial amount of times. Being in the middle of her drama with others. (Beforehand, I had never ever had drama once in my entire life) She went off on me often. I am one of the most forgiving people on this planet, I forgave her every. single. time. I kept my cool, even when I felt absolutely shattered inside. I made time to help other people with their problems as well. Lots of stress. This is a really long story, I apologize. It's not even in full detail. It's bringing back a lot of memories. I admit, during our relationship, I did something pretty f'd up thing but i've changed. After I f'd up, I suppose her temper went up again and everything went downhill afterwards. I know what I did was wrong. I apologized time and again. It seems, I make one screw up and I ruin the entire thing. But if it has to be this way, so be it. Let everything fall into place where it should. We tried to work around it but.. it just wasn't going to happen. She ended up hurting me in one of the worst manners possible. She cheated on me with a guy and this guy...had the nerve to come up to me and talk to me as if he never did anything wrong and complimented me on the song that I wrote her. I just... I don't know. How the fuck am I supposed to feel about that? It's very nerve racking just thinking about it, I recall he gave me a nervous smile afterwards. If I didn't have my forgiving and calm nature, he knew that I would've snapped his neck. No one has ever seen me angry. I don't get angry. My gf at the time was afraid of me ever getting angry because it never happened. It just wasn't me. I mean. We had plans for the future. I was going to take care of her. She was going to teach me a lot of things like how to cook so I don't burn the kitchen down. We were happy and content before things started getting worse and worse. But.. it's okay. And I'll be okay. I know I will. Right now i'm working my ass off taking on several Advanced Placement classes at once as a Sophomore. I'm going to be 16 & in college next year. I know my future's bright. I want to be the one years from now to say "I'll take care of you darlin'" and keep my word. I'm willing to go through pure hell to do so because i'm living through it now. One day, I just hope I come across the little lady that would let me love her and treat her the way a woman is supposed to be treated. And I will give her endless amounts of love, cuddles, kisses, everything & all of me. I know i'm young, but I've learned from my past relationship. I don't take what I had/have for granted. I cherish it. And with that, I'll learn to love someone better now.
56. State 8 facts about your body: Uhh I have the lightest skin in my family, I have a different hair color than my family, lightish brown. Brown eye color. I'm like what? 96lbs? lol. For an asian, my breasts are a pretty decent size (Can't remember clearly, but my cup is getting smaller- Need new bra, B something) so that's what's up. I'm between 5'1, 5'2 now.
